From the moment patients walk in the door to any follow-up care appointments after the initial treatment, our team will provide patients with quality care and services. We strive to create a comforting environment for patients to be able to relax during the treatment process. Under the direction of Dr. Said Mostafavi, our team continues to treat patients who struggle with sleep disorders and help them live a life without these problems. Without proper sleep, people will find it difficult to remain awake during the day, experience headaches and struggle with other symptoms. Patients may not even realize they are struggling with a sleep disorder until something serious happens, such as falling asleep at the wheel of a vehicle. We can help prevent such issues and accidents so call us today.
To begin the treatment process, we will usually conduct a sleep study in order to determine the exact condition. The study period will include a sleep study either at our facility or at the patient’s home. In many cases, a partner or roommate can help keep track of the sleep issues and give insight into the patient’s issues. A sleep journal can also help to determine what is causing the interruptions during the evening. Along with sleep apnea treatment, we also offer snoring treatment, narcolepsy treatment, shortness of breath treatment, restless leg syndrome treatment, insomnia treatment, sleepwalking treatment, COPD treatments and chronic fatigue treatment. The first step toward a life without sleep issues is to call us and schedule an appointment.
Upon calling us for a consultation or to schedule a first-time appointment, we will need the patient to fill out a “New Patient Information Form.” This form will cover the patient’s current condition, medical history, insurance, allergies and any other pertinent information. The patient can fill this form online before the appointment to speed up the process. After we gather this information and conduct an examination, we will then determine the condition or recommend a sleep study for any further examination. During the appointment, we can also go over any other questions or concerns the patient has about the treatment process. We will use all of this information to customize a treatment plan for the patient's individual needs.
